MIDWEST VELVETEEN LOP BREEDERS ASSOCIATION OFFICERS
					During the establishment of this new club, no President or Vice President will be assigned the position.  Upon the formulation of a membership and a formal membership meeting can be held, all positions for office will be voted and sworn in upon at that time.
						The position of Sectretary/Treasurer will be held respectively by co-founder of the MVLBA Danielle Stenli until the time when a membership meeting can be held to establish a vote upon a person to appose this position.
						The position of District Directors will be designated by the membership to serve on the board with one person who lives in that designated region. If there is no member from that district to step up, the President may hold the right to assign a neighboring district director to cover that area.
	a Proposed six (6) District Directors will be assigned to represent the 12 Midwest States, with 2 states per Director. If the membership decides that the districts be combined or expanded with the growth or lack of growth of membership, a vote will be taken to take such action as needed.
								Districts will be divided as: District 1 = North Dakota, South Dakota District 2 = Nebraska / Kansas District 3 = Wisconsin / Minnesota District 4 = Iowa / Missouri District 5 = Michigan / Ohio District 6 = Illinois / Indiana
